PRE-ORDER or BACK-ORDER
Please note if your item was marked in the description as back-order or pre-order during the time of purchase, your order may take a little longer than normal.
Once an item is shipped, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on your local carrier. We won’t ship to PO Boxes. Sadly we are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire where your package may be - sometimes it's held at your local main post office branch for you to pick up.
Unfortunately tracking information is not always available.
Unpack your goods carefully, don’t forget that even if it’s concrete, when dropped, it can break like porcelain.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Unused and unopened orders may be returned for a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though any shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.
It cannot be guaranteed that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
If you receive an incorrect order, you must tell us within 1 week of receipt so we can help correct the situation.
Bardo Playground is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during shipping, but we will be more than happy to send a replacement or you may exchange it for another item. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days and let us know if you would like a replacement or an exchange for another item. Once your item has been approved for a replacement or exchange, we will send your exchange or replacement item back to you.
This is a small team. Sadly, we can't afford the costs of services that large companies like Amazon or Target could provide. Due to the small nature of our company, we cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies.
